1. Non-Returnable Products
- All Sales Are Final: Sony Plus products are non-returnable once delivered. We strive to offer quality products and request customers to confirm their choice before finalizing an order.
- Damaged or Defective Products: Should you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify the delivery personnel immediately. Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement under our warranty policy.
2. Easy Exchange Options
- Size or Model Exchanges: We understand that preferences can sometimes change! If you’ve ordered a particular model, like the 43-Inch Smart Frameless TV, but wish to upgrade to a 50-Inch model at delivery:
Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Additional Costs: Any price difference and exchange fees must be paid to complete the process. - Defective Product Exchange: If a product appears defective upon delivery, please report it immediately to the delivery personnel. We will replace the product at no extra cost as per our warranty terms.
3. Refund Policy
- No Refunds: At Sony Plus, all confirmed orders are non-refundable. This includes both full and partial payments.
- Partial Payments: Partial payments confirm your intent to order. Once received, we proceed with shipment, and payments are therefore non-refundable.
4. Warranty and Servicing
Sony Plus products include a 1-year replacement warranty for parts and panels and a 12-year free service warranty. Should you encounter any issues, please refer to our comprehensive warranty coverage details:
- Replacement Warranty: Covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions in components.
- Service Warranty: Free service for up to 12 years, covering standard repairs and maintenance needs.

- Exchange and Return Conditions: Exchanges are only available within 3 days of delivery, and all conditions (availability, additional costs, etc.) apply.
- Legal Compliance: Sony Plus policies are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and adhere to the Consumer Rights Protection Act of 2009.
