Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty is provided by SONY PLUS (“we” or “us”) and covers defects in material and workmanship in your SONY PLUS product.

Warranty Period

  • The Replacement warranty period for SONY PLUS TVs is 1 years from the date of purchase.
  • Free Service warranty period for SONY PLUS TVs is 12 years from the date of purchase.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required to claim warranty services.

Warranty Services

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective parts or components of the TV free of charge. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner. Conditions applied.

Coverage Conditions

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing and workmanship, including but not limited to:

  • Malfunctioning of the display panel, audio system, or other internal components.
  • Failure of the TV to operate as per the manufacturer’s specifications under normal usage.

Warranty Claim Procedure

  • Contact SONY PLUS authorized customer service only at [Road – 2, House – 39 ( 6th Floor) LilyRin Tower beside Shimanto Square, Dhanmondi 2, Dhaka – 1209] to initiate a warranty claim.
  • You may be required to provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  • The TV must be delivered to our authorized service center or arranged for inspection by our authorized technician only.

No Data Backup Policy

Sony Plus is not responsible for the loss, damage, or corruption of any user data stored on the TV during the repair process. It is the responsibility of the customer to back up all personal data, content, and information prior to submitting the TV for service or repair. We do not provide any data backup or restoration services.

Limitation of Liability

SONY PLUS  is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of data.

Repair/Replacement Terms

  • In the case of repair or replacement, the warranty will continue from the original purchase date.
  • Replaced parts or replaced products may be new or refurbished and will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product.

Governing Law

These warranty terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
